Stool Softener- I am beginning to like them little devils.

Does anyone else have a problem with them or is it just me? I am taking more them prescribed.
Should I be careful with them?? How can I tell if they have 500 or 750 mg of Fiber in them? Will that famous "recipe" or something like that work well to help me wean myself of these little suckers.
Hopeless! Please HELP.

i had the same problem taking stool softeners but you know all i did was quit taking pills and guess what no more stool softeners i was an exlax. miralax fiber eating fool cuz those dang piills we took  or you take  STop us UP

so whenever you see someone who needs stool soft. to go...takes pills

HAHA! Ive only used one so far and it wasnt bad at all. Still got 4 more at home...just waiting to be "used".

well then sweetie I got a whole bottle with a refill on it thats got yer name written on it. I do the prune juice/milk of mag or enema (yep! I said enema!)

No idea man.. I have never heard of anyone thinking they had a problem.. Its very unhealthy to take something like that everyday.. i take 1500mgs of calcium and 800mg of magnesium everynight and that helps me go in the morning maybe you should switch to something less harmful to your body
