Well I don't know how you feel about loosing weight but I had been on Norco for three to 4 years and quit about 3 monthes ago and I have lost about 20 lbs, however I have been exercising alot more. I also suffered a relapse 1 1/2 weeks ago for a few days and now I am 2 days clean and guess what I have No Apetite Again.
Not sure if this helps at all but I just thought you should know cause I have never seen on here anyone saying they lost a lot of weight when they got clean. For me it is a good thing as I needed to loose the weight. I also agree with 10356 about vitamins and supplements , hope this helps and take care! ~~~~Bless~~~~
I have been pretty much the same way with my appetite ... lost about 4 lbs. during the last 6 days. It is much easier for me to drink something if I have no appetite, so have been drinking Ensure and Odwalla protein drinks. I also read somewhere a while ago that carrot juice was good during this process so I've also been drinking that and taking B Vitamins and a Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc vitamin. Tons of water also, even if I have to force it down ... just to keep hydrated and help flush the JUNK out of my system as quickly as possible.
On the bottom right of the form you will find Amino Acid Protocol I have read many good things about useing them.. boost energy helps with sleep and so on.. it is a lil exspensive but you can choose the ones that you think would work the best for you..

I drank smoothies with protein powder and some fruit I juiced on my own, such as, apples, cellery and carrots. My appetite back after day 8 or so.
Congratulations on day 4 !! If you are having trouble eating I would look into getting some ensure the drink for elders.. it has a lot of vitamins in it that your mind and body need.. Your appetite will come back with a vengeance in time as we deplete ourselves.. getting the nutrition you need will go a long way in helping you to feel better and to boost your energy.. also you might try snacking on things like pudding and such..
