I agree with all the above.. The one thing about wd it seems the more we put ourselves in that position the worse wd gets.. You were lucky to get out without a lot of complications.. I know if I was around pills a lot I would eventfully cave especially so early into my recovery.. Only today none tomorrow deal has never worked for me.. I wish you well on your continued sobriety... lesa
Totally agree with the posters above who are advising you to put distance between yourself and any pills ---- If you do not do this the temptation will eventually get you --- Part of really getting clean is to change our environment --- stay away from drugs -- change some (so called) friends --- hang with those who, as you say, are high on life. Wish you all the best.
sorry about the bills comment wrong post going through brainfog!

congrats on the clean time you are one of the lucky ones if your w/d wasn't that bad, many on here suffer terribly, please stay away from the drugs ,distance yourself, you never know when the urge will hit stay strong and good luck how bout thoes bills!
Thanks for keeping us updated. I would strongly caution you to not put yourself in situations where you know there will be percs &/or oxy's around. You may be able to say no now, but you never know when your guard will be down and you may cave....."I can handle it NOW"......"I won't let it get as bad as before"......"I quit before with mild w/d so I can do it again"........Trust me, my own experience and prob many others here....I wish I wouldn't have even been around it.
Congrats on the clean time! Get into an aftercare routine!
