Drs prescribed methadose for heroin maintanance,wrong its just the same highly addictive. Need to know how to detox off of this. I eant my life back!

hello dukie...unfortunatly i am not familiar with methadone..i am detoxing off of hydro...however there are many knowledgeable individuals on this site who have experience with this med an will come along shortly to give you some solid advice...

i have read on some of these threads that if you are on high amounts of this drug it is safest to taper down before jumping....

how many mg. are you on daily? and are you planning a taper or CT? knowing this will help in the advice the others will share with you

so sit tight and others will be along and congrats for wanting to get off these things.

HI  I think I can help you   first off how many methadose pills are you taking each day ???? this will  determine how long this will take your absulutlty right about it being just as addictive and its also harder to kick it last a long time in your system how long have you been on it??? I will try to help you off please take the time to answer the questions  and I will get back to you it is not hopeless but this  may take a wile to do good luck and God bless......Gnarly
