I've never heard of it. Could you describe some of the techniques he says to try? Is the book worth reading or listening to? I would also love to find relief for my back and sciatica so I don't have to take vicodin to mask the pain.
Thanks...........
Brian
The book is really worth reading or listening to, maybe your local library has it. If I tried to explain what he says I am sure I'd do him a severe injustice, but it does give an explanation of what could be going on. The Drs that I have been too haven’t been able to help other than offering drugs. However the book was almost like an infomercial in that he didn’t say how to correct the problem. I did find the lectures online where he teaches the corrective technique but would like to hear from someone else that has tried it before shelling out the bucks.
There are a million ways to alleviate bacak pain.... alternative medicines, chiropractis approaches, exercises, anti-inflammatory meds, etc. I haven't heard of this but if he had some sort of miracle cure I would assume I should have.
I'd be interested in hearing if someone has any info on it though.
