Tapering

so I tried Thomas thing and well the vitamins are fabulous and I am feeling better than ever thE tapering method is working so much better. I'm down from 15 pills to 1 1/2 again I just want to know if I cont to taper to 1 and than 1/2 with I go through the same wd as before? This site means everything to me lately!  Thx to everyone!!

So I took 4 today...1 1/2 in the am 1 1/2 in the afternoon and 1 around 6....I tell myself I don't need them but my mind keeps saying yes.  Do you think I could drop to 3 tomorrow and then 2 on thursday and the 1/2 on friday and be ok?  I want this SO bad.  I think the only think I should go to the doctor about is aniexty..but I don't want anymore pills..I just want my old self back...any suggestions?  Thanks again for the input

take it as slow as you need too, that should be fine, you also ahve to ahve a good mindset going into cutting it way down like that, but it really sounds like you got a good one going into that so stay strong like you have and you should ahve very mild doscomfort, youve come this far, and even if you do ahve some disconfort it should only be a coupe of days, you are at an extremely low dose and not on a super potent opioid, so you should be fine. if you get too sick to handle, go to a doc and tell him hell probably give you some clonidine and a benzo(short term) and that helps tremedously, you wouldnt feel any wd's what so ever. just remember to go at your own pace, dont rush it.if you have any other questions let me know..-christos

taper to as little as you can and each time you drop, stay at that level for a few days. If you do a proper taper, you won't go through bad w.d. Some who do an actual proper taper, have little w.d...depending on usage and length...
