You just keep stepping forward..It might be in Baby steps but they will get bigger..Most of us could not do a taper so we had to c/t..I c/t from 3 meds over a Year ago and being a long time users it is a bit more intense. Just give it Time and Patience..The brain has to heal as well..I have been saying on here the same thing that was said by oliviana. The detox is the easy part..(YES HARD) but the work begins when we have to work are hardest to stay clean and not run to any substances when life throws us many curve balls..Just keep doing what ever works for you..I would for sure get all the SUPPORT you can get from your real world out here. This Journey into our Recovery was not meant to be walked alone.

getting off the drugs is the easy part. Staying off is one of the hardest things you will ever do. Thats my experience. And ps not saying withdraws are easy by any means. They are living hell but that only last about a week of feeling really really bad. The mental part of coming off of pills is a life time. I hear its possible though!! ;) good luck

Hey, you know for sure they don't help, that's a good thing that came out of this. I would make sure all your sources are aware you are DONE! If you have to make them angry or keep your distance, it is worth it. You haven't taken enough to effect you much, but you gotta get your head around it. There is no problem so big drugs can't make it worse. That saying helped me a lot. Keep on truckin.

Hey.. Sorry to hear that but being back at day one and making changes isn't so bad. You just have to figure out why you took it. Maybe attend a couple of meetings? Its important to cut your sources and seal the cracks so it  isn't super easy to get them in a weak moment. Good to see you back in the saddle! You can do this!!

Physically you shouldn't have any problems but mentally it will probably hurt you. You relapsed and you need to find out why. What made you pick up that pill? Do you have them in the house? If so that is dangerous for your recovery. You need to remove all obstacles in your way honey and move forward. Keep talking..it does help.

No. It is such a lower dose. You stepped off a really high dose. Good job for making it as you have. One little hiccup won't ruin things.
