Any help or advise for oxicontin withdrawal ?

How long does it take to withdraw from 40mg of oxicontin 2 times a day. I'm having major flu like symptoms

Usually the first 3-4 days is the worst.  How long have you been off the pills?  Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids.  Try to get up and move around as much as you can.  Stay away from caffeine also.  Are you doing anything with aftercare?

That isn't much.... 7-10 days acute wd... several weeks for energy to come back is my guess
