Eye Twitching

I have been on cocaine on & off going on 4 years now. I've been sober in total for 2 of those years. I'll be 20 in Sept. Anyway, the last time I did it was when I went out of state in Feb. Lately my left eye has been twitching every once in a while. I just recently got a managers position at my job. It's not really stressful, I sell insurance it's no biggie. Everyone says the reason for my eye twitching is stress. But like I said, I don't think I'm under stress. Of course no one knows about my drug use, so I was wondering if it's really due to stress or my drug use? I've been clean for 2 months now. I'm just looking for answers, so pls spare your rude comments. I have a good job, I'm going to school. I don't need a lecture. Thank you for your help!

It could be. It is a stimulant. Maybe it is a withdrawal symptom? More information needed.
