When you wake up, go for a walk. Then mow the yard. Edge the yard. Then rake the yard. Then wash the car. Then clean house. Then cook, do dishes, don't forget the laundry. By then you may want to go to sleep. This is the advise from a long line of family members who think that I don't do much with my time. There are ways to keep busy and let you fall asleep. There are relaxation tapes that really do help if you don't want to use sleep aids. Good luck, and Good Bless.

get up at 6 or 7 am, stay busy all day no sleeping during the day, dont drink coffe or tea after 4 in the afternoon, when i do this i sleep well,
are you agaisnt amino acids? if you are try watching tv for one hour and then shutting everything off and closing your eyes also what used to work for me was to listen to peaceful music something you woould listne to while ya kno i dont wana say the word but if your nto agaisnt the aminos try theanine .
