St. John's Wort, Does it Work?

Anyone had success w/ St John Wort?

If you can get it from a reliable source, than it can be helpful. keep in mind it is a powerful herb.

I use SAM-E, 5HTP, liquid b complex, St. John's Wort, Guarana, & Amino's. I get them from Walgreen's most are on sale buy one get one free except SAM-E (exp.). The truth I have no idea if they do anything. You should check with your Dr. because there is problems if you are on anti-depressants. If the Dr. says ok then give it a shot if you have any side effects stop taking them.
