Ultram

Is ultram addicting I have been on oxy for 6 years and I told my doctor I wanted to stop and he gave me ultram to take he said it will offset the withdrawls???

Yes, it is addictive but I found that it did help ease opiate withdrawals during one of the times I attempted to get of opiates. With that said, some believe the WD's to be worse than opiates. I would be very careful on it and if you do use it then use it for a fast taper and low dosage.

Its highly addictive and NOT something you want to use to come off the other drug.PLz dont take them I would go back to the doctor and ask for something else /

I have heard many stories of even worse withdrawal from the Ultram than tje oxy but I have not experienced it personally.... good luck

Do not take the ultram, I got off vicoden, the withdrawal was bad so I told my doc, he said take ultram its not a narcotic. So I did that was eight months ago. Now I'm on day five of being off ultram and the withdrawal pain is unbelievable. If you want off the pills don't trade them in for another just get ready for the withdrawal and get a support group. Its going to suck but it can be done on pure will power.
