::dragging *ss in here::: ohhhhhhhh my what was i thinking yesterday having sex on day 2? ohhhhhhh my god Im crippled today. I dont see me getting much done today. i see a couch with my name all over it. unfortunately i cant lie on it. anytime i do, my two boys jump up and down on me! ahhhhhhh

I don't want to be negative. Just want to warn you. I had 2 weeks without painpills and used and that down to the bone cold came back again. So now I'm on day 6 and the cold is less. I'm not going to use again and go through this physical cold no sleep, bodyaches again!  God willing. I know he is. Hey on the upside. It really does get better daily/.

avis, i have a heating pad right here at my computer chair, lol. i keep alternating it between my back and on top of my legs. The pain in my legs is so bad. Its also a COLD PAIN, does that make sense, is that the kind you gusy all had/are having? like a major chill that actually radiates from the bone itself and makes you have goose bumps along with the deep ache and pains? its worse than my back pain even.

Yeah day two always sucked for me too ..... If you have a heating pad i would break that out it was a lifesaver for me .... You can make it threw this we are all here to help.......

day 2 and 3 were the hardest for me too...4 got easier...So  just hold on..Take many hot baths..Drink alot ..My first time i think i took too many immodium, and did not drink enough...I am a firm beleiver in flushing the toxins out...So the second time was not as bad..I made myself drink, and i wanted it out, so i did not take as much immodium..hopes this helps

Day 2 ! thats a hard day huh? I found these pet disc microwaveable warmers. They are called snuggle safe. I had one with me at all times on day 2 to help with the cold. Is anyone available to come help with the children? You need a few days to nurse yourself if nobody is there to nurse you.
