Day 3 of no Hydrocodone.  Legs are crawling, anxiety *****, stomach is a mess.  But I'm taking b vitamins, drinking lots of water, eating yogurt and healthy foods.  Tolerating Buspar, every day seems to be a little better I think?  I'm just ready to feel normal.  I look at the people around me and I envy them because they don't rely on chemicals to make them feel good, they are high on life.  Why can't I be like that?  I hate this!!! Need prayers and encouragement please.

Thanks, I needed to here this today also. They sure are a trap, and you live in a fog. Yet, some of us still forget this I guess, just like I did, even after three years+ clean.

Yep...Every day it gets a tiny bit better and then before you know it you will feel better than ever before.  The pills are just a trap and won't ever make you feel good or 'normal' again.  You're going to be so happy you did this-trust me.  Just keep taking good care of yourself and one tiny step at a time....Proud of you....Lu

And it will be much better(just like your name) in a few more days. I am on day 9 and feeling much better since day 7. Honestly, no, tomorrow might be worse; but c'mon it's really never as bad as some of us make it sound when we are really having a bad day, it is just like a bad flu.

You had what you wrongly believed was a "good time" for awhile, and the check is now due. 3 days is great, and you are much closer to getting this behind you than you actually realize. Hang in there Wtbb.
