question about a post yesterdayhope I get some replies!

Hi  and Happy Mothers Day to all moms. I hope nobody gets mad an I don't mean to sound rude,so please don't take it that way.I posted a question yesterday about a friend I'm trying to help to get clean. He was on day 2 and had a weak moment and took 2 codine pills. I told him it was a bump in the road not to worry about it that he can still say he was on day 3. today will be day 4. I posted to see if that was right and would not set him back to day 1.if so that would put him to day 2 today.I was told by a few that he would have to start all over . I was reading some old post and came across something almost the same, and people told them it was ok that it was a bump in the road and would not set them back. why was I told that it would? He his feeling good today and nothing like day 2 when he was so sick. He was taking norco and percests.Just wonding why I was told it would set him back to day 1. If so that would put him to day 2 and not 4.

He used on his 2nd day that not really a bump in the road its more like a false start.

Tell him to go on as usual!!  Everyone has a weak moment and don't let it stop him!  He can do this,  Instead of counting days he can count the pills that he HASN'T taken!!  He will be okay, I know it's tough, but this is doable.
