Vitamins that help with withdrawal and staying clean!

I see a lot of people posting different vitamins that have helped them get through withdrawals, and more importantly stay clean. Just wondering what worked for you? I will be trying L-Tyrosine, Ive been researching it and sounds like it will help...Just trying to find out if i should get anything else. Thanks everyone, have an awesome day!!!!!

My biggest revelation when i cleaned up was that OTC meds actually worked!!!

Thanks Everyone!!! Im gonna stock up on all of the vitamins mentioned. Ive been using melatonin to sleep and it has been amazing. I cannot believe a vitamin can actually make such a difference! Cant wait to try these!

I take Ester C, B-6 and B-12.  Works wonders for me.

I also found vit c crystals and gaba 750 help as well.

I'm following the Thomas recipe. There is a link at bottom of the page. Lots lots of water,vitamins,protein drinks and more water. We can't give out exacts on here so u can look to link. The tyrosine is on it also. Good luck. For the rls I got the OTC stuff,it seems to work.
