Want something to calm my nerves

We just had a 6.5 eathquake here in Los Angeles and boy could I use a little something to calm the nerves. I have a librium in my purse and I am trying very hard not to take it.

Help!!! Convince me not to.

what happens when the librium wears off.  you are back at square one.  have you checked out the health pages for the aminos???they halp alot off ppl.  pay attention to the warnings...and flush the pill in your purse or you will take it now matter how much we try to convince you not to.  thats an addicts nature...now go FLUSH IT.

I hear ya! I've been clean from Vic's going on 6 months but I have discovered Librium now since my b/f has a script that he doesn't use. I know that I am an addict and I must distance myself from these evil devils. I just wish that I didn't like them so much. I will hafta pull my head out of my a** and realize that I'm just heading down the same road again.

you dont need it! it not worth it. do something that keeps u busy in the house! you dont wanna be back at square one do u? when u may have to go thru it all ovwe again. you give in and its possible that you will sprial outta control..is it worth it? NO!!!!!!

as addicts we do have to be careful of switchin addictions....get rid of um.
