Day 4

I'm feeling better! not tons but alot better than I did. I'm still struggling with the night sweats, insomnia and rls but it's getting to a managable state. I've only had to take 1 xanax so I'm glad I don't have to take those things. I knew I was going to pull through this! I csn't wait until all of this is over and it will be better soon. I just wanted to check in and let you all know I'm still fighting and doing good! All of your support has helped me so, so much! Thank you all and I hope you all are doing good :) I'm going to go shopping with my Mom later I need to stock back up on my supplies, I'm running low on my gatorade, bananas etc. I'll be checking back later. Thanks, My New Friends!

Nothing can help with insomnia as spending all the time outside, on the fresh air, walking. Xanax will made you more depressed.I wish you luck!

Peanut - day 4 is brutal. You're in the thick of it. Good job!  You are going to start to feel better. Nights were the worst for me. You're doing all the right things. Stay strong and ride it out. Once you start to feel better, it will strengthen your resolve. Just treat each symptom as it comes. Hot soaks will
give you relief from just about everything for a while. Don't hesitate to post any time of day or night...there is always someone here. Many of us were up 24 hours for a while and this forum was (and is) a LIFESAVER. HANG IN THERE!!!  you are doing this!

Great job Peanut. I am glad you are feeling better. I hate night sweats but they will pass as well with time. Keep up the good work. Have you tried taking a hot bath with epsom salt? That will help with the RLS as do the bananas. Also for insomnia have you tried Melatonin? It i a vitamine and its my best friend. He helps you sleep through the night and you wont wake up with that hang over feeling you get from other sleep aids. Keep posting, You are doing great.
