Well it's been a complete week for me.

As 8:00Pm passed by so did a complete week off perc's and oxys. today i had a craving really bad for about an hour. I wanted energy and that "good old feeling". It was very hard I'm not gonna lie. But I just forced myself to do a NOS energy shot and a b12 under the toung, took a shower and went for a long walk with the dogs and gf. Felt GREAT on the walk. Then I goofed up and this is something else I am going to have to change in a HURRY. I over ate like CRAZY. I should be doing some work now but I am in a food induced coma lol. I lost 100lbs about 1 1/2 years ago and am NOT about to go down that road again. So now great I have TWO addictions to fight off. Well i don't think the food one will last though. The more I walk and start excercising again I will not feel that urge to over eat hopefully. Anyway energy is coming back although I think I might start a seperate post about energy ( for me and gf, we are both having a hard time with energy. She used to take fentermine (sp?).  So here is to a week. Hope the first day'ers on here will hold out becuse after 7 days you will feel better. Now I have to really control these nasty cravings.

hey dude congrads on your first week ...you will start to feel a world better real soon
but do yourself a huge favor and put some aftercare in place weather it be N/A or a substance abuse conslor ...a church where your active around sober people something
needs to be in place to help you get thew the mental part of the withdrawal getting clean is the eazy part staying that way takes some work...good luck to you and God bless

Yeah not too much work done yet unfortunatly I have to be creative when I work and nothing kills
creativity like coming off of this crap. But I am making some progress. When I look at myself now it just seems like I am a walking "drama" I have so many issues. It's probably the depression making everything worse but because of my being addicted to these things I have made a mess of things and have some huge problems now. This is BY FAR the toughest time in my entire life.

Good for you completing one week.I have gone a little overboard with the food and have to reign myself in and start controlling my food intake.
Glad you are feeling better and are you able to get your work done now.
