Day four clean of norco

Today I'm into my fourth day clean. Even after getting into a car accident and having a horrible day yesterday I didn't use and I felt good. I've slept every night with the help of a few Thomas recipe items and I feel confident in my recovery, trying to find a therapist that takes my insurance has been a challenge. But I'm gonna commit to after care and bite this thing in the booty...

I'd really like to start in therapy. I have a lot of deep seeded issues I need to work through. Almost to day five... :) I know I've been truly blessed when it comes to being able to rest and without any prescription medicines... I'm truly blessed in that aspect..
