6 days norco free

Today is six days free from norco. a lot of physical activity today. some mental challenges as well but another day in the books. the depression is still improving and the pain is still coming. its going to be a tough fight. you guys have been great support. thank you. does anyone have heart palpitations during withdraw. I can feel my blood pressure rise at times. any advice would rock. he is to another try at 8 hours of straight sleep. haha

Hi Enthal, YES, I too had a racing heart for (sorry to say this) about 19 days. What actually helped me was believe it or not aerobic exercise by day, hot baths by night. I also had to go on BP meds which I still think was all w/d related. Just give it time. Drink lots of water. It will get less and less.

Try and stay away from caffeine that was bad for me too and i stopped the caffeine and it went away. Congratulations on day 6 welcome back to life!
Day 9 for me on a 10 year run.

Heart palpulations are normal. I had to go to the doc and take some blood pressure pills for awhile. Do you take blood pressure pills?? It will clear up in about two weeks
