Has Anyone Used The Thomas Receipe???

I am trying to plan a week to stop taking Hydrocodone.  I am 57 and have been taking them for a year.  I am going to pick up a friend that will help me thru the withdrawal period.  I have been taking up to 7 a day. It is scary but I have read a lot of posts on here where people have went thru worse.  I am familiar with recovery as I used to be a Resident Advisor at a half-way house for recovery.  Go figure....  You would think I would know better but the hydro's have kicked me in the butt  and I am wanting to take more and I fear such a change.  Can anyone comment on the withdrawl or with using the Thomas receipe?

What I am doing makes detoxing effortless, compared to what it could be. I basically went off of the amino acid protocal and added SOME elements from the Thomas Recipe. I could of did either but I kind of chose to do both for a even easier detox. I follow all the elements from the amino acid protocal, and just add Klonopin or valium as needed. Then after day 4 you stop taking the valium or Klonpin, so you can take the energy boosting amino acids and anti-anxiety ones (these ones you cannot take with Valium or other anti-depressents so keep the lid on um for the first 4 days).

I am on my 4th day and I have to tell you, I am now starting to feel better ALREADY!!! Likely because of all of the vitamins I have been ambushing my body with. And let me tell you, I was on a nasty high dose of opiates. So to me the Amino acid protocol is a miracle. Safely adding some of the thomas recipe stuff will mostly help with the discomfort.
