Hello everyone this is wonderful place and for months I been reading your stories and that have helped me in many ways....
I did my own trapper plan with help of my hubby, I was taking 8 a day for years 3 in the am 2 in afternoon and 3 to end the day, I broke my neck 12 years ago but I loved the high and just stayed with the pills I never had a hard time getting them doc knew my neck didnt heal as it should so PT didnt help pills did, but after the pain went away I was hooked on the high of the pills and I started like everyone else 1 here and there than 2 and 3 and well you know the story....
I have wanted to quit for years but I didnt want to withdraw or feel yuk.... So been looking up ways tondo it pain free well there isn't anyway to do it pain free but I did right a way that worked best for me...
Trapper from 8 to 7 to 6 and so on, stayed on 7 for. 2 weeks and than 6 and so on and than I was down to 2 one in the am and one at night than half at night only and than I jumped , I did but withdraw ease that has the Thomas rec. in it and also changed my diet so with that on y 1st day with no drugs I had no pain what so ever ... But each 1st day if a new trapper was hard and a little sick, but when it happene I would hike or walk dogs and get my mind off it....
I don't miss the feeling of the pills I miss the high but with time I have learned to be high on my own....
So tapper plans can work but you have to want it.... And sleep I would use a sleeping pill and made my self stay in bed 12 hours of sleep was great made the pills not the 1st thing I always wanted....
Thanks for hearing my story.....life can be good again... Really it can my trapper lasted almost 6 months

That's great .... It's a hard road but it can be done I am a few months but it feels a lifetime...
I hope we stay clean... What ***** is I do have real pain learning to deal with it in new ways is hard but again we can do it...

Yes I did it a very painful way at my age...I did the opitates that lead to the methedone for 12yrs..Then I would go up & down and run short. I started to snort adderral with the dones and took a benzo with..I went c/t from 30mg and the rest, going on 6m,. It was not fun. I had a long ride in many stages...I do not post what I went though because I would not want to freak any one out..Poly use it a bit*** and I do think it is how long, how much and age has alot to do with how fast u can bounce back !!
I sure do miss my ol weather there. I was just in Lake Arrowhead in Sept then went up to LC for 10days. Got home here in N Idaho around Oct. Then I signed in here in Dec...Anyway keep up the good positive thinking..
We need alot more of that..We do get it when we get to be goofy around here......and if medhelp won't take it away..Ha!! gotto love em..Great site..

The hill is great this time of year after winter...
And I know your area too....
I do hope my story can help, I know there is no easy way out but I found the easiest for me and hard work has a good pay off its setting your mind in the right way .... But withdraw ease works , but you have to follow a better eating plan and b-12 and B-6 and sleeping pills ... Anyways it took a good 6 months but if you have pills that you can trapper with I think it's the best cold turkey is a painful 4-7 days and I did t want it that way... Traper is getting hooked but backwards
