Me too.  I got up and got the laptop.   Couldn't sleep either and I took 1/2 valium.  **** now I'll be up all night with my mind running like a freight train.

yes i took 2 sleeping pills and fell out then just woke up an hour and 1/2 later. no reason but maybe this. i dont know. but, yeah ill never beable to fall back to sleep.
