Day 203

Hi all...just wanted to check in and say it's been 203 days for me.ALso wanted to tell those that are struggling to keep fighting!!You CAN do this.Yes,you will have horrible withdrawls (immodium helps!)Those are horrific to go through but we've allbeen in your place before and we're here to help.So,let us help you all.Sometimes we all hit a "bump" in the road-don't let it consume you!!Stay strong and keep your guard up!!Your w/d symptoms should last approx 1 week.Thee are several good ides over on the health pages.Better yet,ask one of us.We're all in this fight together so good luck to all&God bless!!~Anne
