2 weeks today

I just have to toot my own horn here....because I haven't taken a pill in two whole weeks.  It's been since last May since I've done that.  ANd this is HUGE>.....I haven't sweat in 2 nights.  That was a big huge gross thing for me.  After most of the w/ds had left, I was still sweating at night and it was disgusting.  Thanks to all of you.  Sometimes it's hard to get away to go to a meeting for support, and honestly I don't even feel I've had to because of you guys.  This place has been my NA meeting.  Thanks to all and Good luck to all....I know my road of recovery doesn't end here, but it is a huge step for me.  ;)  and I'm proud of myself.

This forum truly is priceless, the support here makes a huge difference.  I will be taking my last dose of methadone March 6, we have been detoxing since Aug.'07 - my fiance and I - We are so excited to be free from this addiction.  Reading how well you guys are doing is great inspiration and mindset is a big part of detoxing!

Thanks everyone.  Once I realized it had been two weeks I had a grin from ear to ear.  Last night was a struggle with my chronic pain, but I survived with some help with pain relievers, but no percs.  And that was a big deal.  It can be done.  Peace and love to all y'all.

Toot Toot..that is funny...I second that.  Congrats...that is great...and CONGRATS on no night sweats. Those are HORRIBLE. Mine are finally subsiding and it is day 10.  I still get the chills though.
