Can someone give me a taper plan? I have 25 of the loratab 10's left and I want these to be the last. I'm NOT taking them for pain.

You cannot taper properly with 25 pills honey. You need to get honest with your doctor and ask for a proper schedule. I'm glad you found your way here and hope to stick around. We can support you through the process.

I hear and feel your plea for help.  I posted what I had done to get off suboxone a few weeks ago, and I received a reprimand from this forums moderator telling me to not give tapering advice.  I didn't think I was giving advice, I was just stating what I had done.
I am so sorry but we are not allowed to give, even a recommendation, on tapering.  Above advice is good.  Talk to your, or A doctor.  Ask about Clonodine.  Ask the doc about a tapering schedule.  Look up Thomas recipe.  Post often and read other victories and challenges here on this forum.  I assure you, you are not alone.

We aren't allowed to give taper plans or specific advice by forum guidelines. We can tell you to drop a small amount over time; going slowly. You don't have enough for a proper taper though.

Try cutting back as best you can, get prepared, and get your head in the right place for detox. You'll get through this if it's something you really want.

Technically, we are not allowed to give tapering advice, that would need to be done by a medical person.  How many do you take a day now?  What kind of time frame do you have to do this?

We're not allowed to give tapering schedules as everyone is different and there's no doctors on this forum.  There is, however, lots of knowledgable people and some nurses and you'll get lots of support and advice on how to make withdrawals.  And itS also important to.get some.aftercare in place to be.successful in quitting for good.

How long have you been using/abusing your meds?  Are you getting them from a doctor?  If so, you could ask them to set.up a taper schedule.  They can also prescribe Clonidine, which is an old blood pressure med that eases some of the withdrawal symptoms.

One thing I can say is a successful taper should be.done slowly.  After each drop try to stabilize at that dose.before dropping again.  The supplements in the Thomas recipe will also help with symptoms.  Staying hydrated is really important and you can easily get dehydrated.  If you're nauseas or vomiting,.eat what appeals to you but try to eat as nutriously as possible.  Protein shakes, soup, scrambled eggs,.etc.

You'll get through this, and there's great support here.
