I have had extreme Anxitety and Depression for most of my life. I am 44 years old and I have never had anything that helped me besides meds. That didnt even help most times. This program is so awesome! It has only been a week and I have had so many break throughs already. My confidence is better, I can calm my mind at any given momment, I use every tool that has been given to me with the program and it works! Thank you so much for making me finally see how to feel better. It makes so much sense you will be in a different world then you use to be. My only problem is getting rid of the negative around me and feeling safe about that. I guess one week is not enough to learn. But I am so thankfull for this program. Thank you!

This is a slow process and patience comes into play!!   Stay in the now, try to not worry about tomorrow.  Deal with one thing at a time.  You dont want to get overwhelmed.  Keep moving forward~~~sara

Congratulations!!! What meds are you coming off of? It is so good to see how different things look when we get clean isn't it? I also have a problen getting rid of negativity around me so I am NO help there whatsoever! Again, congratulations and hang in there! It only gets better!!
