The last thing in the world you should be doing is beating yourself up for relapsing. Sit back and enjoy in the ride your doing great. Its spring now so what a great time to get out and experience life.

My friend I have be up and off the wagon so many times. I understand the guilt but that if you keep on feeling guilty you truly want feel happy about what you have accomplished today. What a great day today is for all of us fighting and wining.

It want end this is a every day sometimes moment to moment war. I get to the point sometimes where I take pried in the fact that I have one thing in my life that I can do and tell myself, I'm a winner. If I let my guard down I relapse keep it up fight the good fight.

Don't be so hard on yourself my friend. Your 25 days clean again and moving in the right direction. Cravings are part of this disease, but they do diminish with time. Coke is a nasty drug, but we are winning now, everday we get through clean is an accomplishment, so hold your head high and stay strong. Keep getting support, its' so important. Congrats on your clean time tomskat
