for me, the more energy i forced myself to put out, the more i got back. it was hard because i could hardly think straight. i started out just walking around the block. small steps at first. you'll get it back. good luck.   sway

First of all congrats on 11 days, it's still early and the energy seems to take the longest to come back for many of us. After abusing our bodies it takes time to heal and your already starting too. If you look in the top right there are health pages. Check out the amino acid protocol and the supplements, I am sure they will help. I know it can be frustrating, but be patient, you will be feeling so much better soon. Good luck!

I know that at the end of my spiral here, I have had no energy on or off the narcs. so beter to be off and build yourself back up. The thomase recipe can really help build up those receptors that we have killed off.  Haven't gotten all the way yet, but are supossed to help with the energy reboost, have read alot and gotten them.  Hell, no big dose of Vit C never did anyone anyharm- except loose stools, and I"m sure you already had that. Good luck

It does sound like you are through the absolute worst of it.  You still have a battle, but when you notice that the physical withdrawls subside, it's a great feeling.  I'm sure you don't want to go back to that ever again.

I'm sure if you hang out and let this post get out there today you will get plenty of good advice, so be patient and try all of it til you find something that works, because really for you, getting your energy back is the next great step.  Once you get it back, you feel at least twice as good as you do now.  My opinion?  Eventhough you don't really feel like moving too much since you're probably still a little achy, it helps so much to do so.  Take a walk with your kids.  Play with your kids.  If you can get away, go work out.  Either at home or at a gym.  It does wonders.  Swimming is nice if that is possible.  If you're sitting there thinking it would be nice to do something, just make yourself do it.  Once you actually do it, you won't regret it.  The natural feeling of doing things energetic will follow shortly.  Really, if you just sit around until you feel enough energy, you could be sitting awhile.

Again, I'm so happy you got through the physical withdrawls, feels good huh?  Good luck with getting that energy back.
