I believe with any addiction there are two sides. One physical and one emotional. Until you get a handle on the emotional mindset, you are at risk to always use. It is a matter of getting off physically and mentally telling yourself that nor matter what happens, never another pill! Like smoking, that pill will get you right back into the bowels of it. Once the inner you gets the point that no matter what the fix is not coming, it will quit screaming for it! IMO
I noticed this with my smoking addiction.
You just have to quit. You have to go through the w/ds and get them over with, they dont just go away. Quiting is the only way to get off them. The w/ds are not the end of the world, altough might seem as so. If you can go 2 days without, you can quit. I am not going to go into all the w/ds or things you can do to ease them, as its posted all over this site. Make your mind up, prepare yourself, and quit, go through w/ds and start some form of aftercare. This is really the only way to go about it!
also wanted to add to my reply, you are on to low of a dose to taper i would think. Your w/ds should be minamal compared to others and if you keep going and doing what your doing its only going to make it that much harder when you do quit
