perks taper so far

I started tapering at 15mgs im at 10 now. I had to hold the 10mgs till I see my doctor .I didn't want to go there sick..it will be a total 21 days on the 10mgs..then I drop to 5 mgs 14 days and so on. Can you tell me if I need to drop longer or faster?? thanks

Hey dude...well it is ageist the rules to give taper advise on the forum but there are some guide lines that are ok....slow is better then fast many people break the pills  and do a little less at a time...there is no completely comfortable way to do this but if you go slow enough the withdrawal can be managed  hope this helps..........Gnarly
