Withdraw from oxycontin

What are some remodies for making the withdraw symptoms not so horrible.  Like direah, vomiting, being sore,  not sleeping, ect.

diarrea = immodium (good stuff)
vomiting = gravol ?
sleeping = i tryed clonidine (didnt help for "ME") Melatonin (also didnt work for me)
just went to doctor today and he gave me seroquel.

im going through all those symptoms right now, and honestly the worst for me is not sleeping.  Also check out this link, very helpful
