A few hot flashes I'm starting to think my wd is being delayed could that be it? Why do other go through hell the first 24 hours is my hell going to come....24 hours and I swear things aren't bad?? I've been reading your post it took me awhile to post something. Thanks for any tips or tricks that I will need.

Try the Thomas recipe or at least some kind of Good multi vitamin and drink lots of water. Activity and staying busy really helps me. Even though you might not want to it still helps. Good luck and stay strong. Keep pushing forward

the physical wd usually peaks around days 3-4. It takes about 6-7 days to start feeling better. Not like 100% but at least a little better and youll start to feel some hope again. But during the physical wd's your mind will play so many tricks on you, do whatever iti can to ocnvince you that you need the drug. Also pain is worse when u first come off, that gets better too. The lingering symptoms are the depression/anxiety/lack of energy. But the one thing you got goin for you is you werent taking them for too long and so hopefully your WD wont last too long either. Stay strong you can do this and keep reaching out

Hi there-  Can you be a little more specific about how you're feeling?  Describe what's happening to your hands...

It's 36 hours and I slept about 10 hours last night having stomach cramps that are coming and going feeling real lazy all I want to do is sleep. Yes I'm trying to stop for specially reading the stories I've read here. I must say my brain is playing tricks on me and telling me all sorts of using crap.

I say don't question it, just go with it.  Although in all honesty- hour 36-48 is generally the worst.  You weren't on that high a dose though so it will be manageable.  Drink lots of water, move around, take hot baths, and eat when you can.  And be proud of yourself.  Keep moving forward.

Consider this a good thing!!  Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids during wd.  Getting up and moving around is also very helpful.

It could be that you took it for a shorter amount of time, and at a smaller dosage, and so the WD's won't be as bad maybe? Thats a blessing though. are you trying to stop for good?
