Well today I just feel dead tired no anxiety no stomach cramps no headache or the hot and cold stuff I feel normal just really lazy so I'm hoping I'm done with the w/d now and this is just the after math of it if it is thank god cause that sucked I don't have and muscle soreness either but I got an arthritis rub to help if it comes back I'm just glad this is over at least I hope it is since all the physical stuff is gone and now all it want to do is sleep

For anxiety, try Valerian Root. For restless legs, try Hyland's restful legs.  Do not take any more pills including subs.  Like Vicky says, you are almost over the worst part of the withdrawal.  Keep posting, we are all here for you through this.

LOL. ...and when was that? Hours? Days?   Once the Sub is out of your system you'll return to wd's. You're almost over the worst of this so try to not take anymore Sub. It just drags out the process at this point.

I took the sub when I woke up in the middle of the night and cried for 3 1/2 hours in my husband's arms that it wouldn't stop the anxiety was driving me absolutely nuts so after all that I broke down and took half a sub and today is day 3 but last night I had problems with the anxiety again so took the other half of the sub is the sub stopping me from going threw w/d and when the sub is out of my system does that mean I start w/d again please cause god I don't want to have to keep doing this again and again
