I am so.glad you.came.to join us. In the long fight against opiate addiction. I know if your new to.this site and just.starting detox it can and will feel overwhelming. The depression. The shame the guilt. All.kinds of.raw.emotions rattling around your brain. Ugh. And the trips to the toliet. The shakes sweats exhaustion. The rollercoaster of all.that opiates bring.

I.can promise you that you will find love and support here. Many. I.speak for mostly me have became masters of.detoxing and fighting.

Just because we became lost. We are not loosers. We are so.strong. But as strong as we are we.are weak.

One day. One hour one minute. Set a goal. See it thru. Keep your eye on the prize.

get very proactive in your recovery.

Thanks for the encouraging words I have been on Loratabs over 10 years and it is a shameful secret, I tried weaning off 1 a day, but I have gone 2 days now with nothing, the key to immodium for trips to bathroom. Keep in touch, I need all the support I can get

Thank you for your words of encouragement. I am trying very hard to wean down as we speak and this is one of the hardest things Ive ever done. I am miserable. Im feeling horrible withdrawl and have only had 2 norcos today but for the last few years its been 10-20 a day. Any help would be so much appreiated...
