I am glad you have hit hour 24. I am just taking it one hour at a time. I don't have a tingly burning sensation. It is the restlessness and having no ability to concentrate or sit still. I have some clonipine if it gets really bad, but I don't like the way they make me feel. I think that I will only take them at night in hopes of getting some sleep.
Congrats on making it this far. It just takes time and you will start to feel better and better everyday. Exercise really helps with the restlessness. I know it's hard to muster up the energy but just try to go on walks in the evening. I would walk around 7 at night, come back watch some tv, then take a hot bath. It really makes you feel better. Exercising releases endorphins which make you feel better. Have you ever heard of "runners high". It is a state of euphoria from exercising. That along with plenty of fluids makes a huge difference. Try to eat well balanced meals too. I know you don't feel like eating but it will help with the energy level. Just keep going strong and all this will pass soon. Best of luck to you both!

Hey I just hit hour 24 and I really feel kinda achey and had the runs earlier but took some Immodium and they stopped, do you have the tingly burning sensation at this point that is the worst for me, I kinda feel like I'm on fire. No appetite what about you? I am forcing myself to drink do I do not want to become dehydrated, RLS only effects me at night when I'm trying to sleep. Good luck and post to let us know how you are doing!
