Good for you Shelby on quitting,as for energy elwoodsf is right about the b vitamins also try 5-htp that you can get at CVS or WAL-MART if you can find it get the b vitamin complex in the sublingual (it is liquid that you put under your tongue) it is absorbed into the body faster.i to remember the days of little ones mine are now 29,24,and 22. They grow fast so hold on to every minuet that you can and again good job!

Congratulations Shelby. You are doing great. I tapered off my oxy's also. Now I've been off of them completely for six days. It is empowering to know that I am in the drivers seat, so to speak.
While I was tapering off I started taking a multiple vitamin and cal/mag too. As women, we need a lot of B vitamins. I checked the bottle when I bought the multiples and they had pleanty of B's. I felt the energy coming on about a week later. Coffee gives me that boost in the am but then I fall below energy level so I am trying to cut back on the caffine. I'm not very successful with that one right now but it will come .
Taking care of 19 month old daughters is a lot of work in itself. Do you have time to get away or get rest during the day? My kids are 18 mos. apart and during the first few years I was spent. When hubby walked through the door I about threw them on him and holed up in the bedroom for an hour or so. The kids are 17 and 19 now/one just had their BD, yet I remember those days. I had a double stroller and would take them for a two mile walk every chance I got. Or, pulled them in the wagon. This would give me the energy I needed and they were tired from all the fresh air and the adventure when we got home. Are you a working mom? Maybe you could leave them at their care givers for an extra hour once in awhile?
Again, congratulations on your quit. You are a success!
