Last night I tried 5HTP. Only worked for 4 hours and was up all night again. So I tried another 50mg, 5HTP, and NOTHING! So ya see, some people will swear by it, and it did only minimal help for me. GOD save us all! I need sleep!

750mg's calcium pill, cut in half crushed up a half dropped in a small glass of milk, took a melatonin and go to bed, gave me 2 hours of restful sleep.
The zyflamend is suppose to help one sleep, it didnt for me, but I took it yesterday in the morning and had minimal anxiety for a few hours and then it went away. Still feeling no anxiety the next morning. Im trying everything, in different ways and so far taking the zyflamend in the morning helped the best and the calcium pill at night was great.
Ive mixed and mathed them to see what gives me the best results
Thanks Sandra,If you have a list of things that worked,I will give it another shot.Those anxiety attacks are definately the worst part,gosh, I felt like i was going to die.And as an added bonus I even get claustraphobic now too.Never been like that in my life,was sitting by a window seat in a plane with a guy in the aisle seat.Felt like I was going to die.WTH.Hows it going with you now?
that happened to me too, Eventually I found that the anxiety attacks worked themselves out, the more days that went by without taking anything. There are many natural remedy aids from the health food store that can fix that. Ya have to let the pills go, so the anxiety works itself out. I hated them, they were the worst of all the withdrawal parts. If you want me to give you a list of things I bought to calm me down, let me know.
Thank you so much for your response Sandra.Yea I am finding out the hard way about taking pills to get off pills is not the answer.lol.My problem is I just cant get over the anxiety attacks and no sleep.When I cut down on the T1's even a couple less a day and the sleep problems and anxiety come back.
It only gets better if you abstain from all pills. Taking some here and there is only prolonging the inevitable. I was on day 8 when I finally felt some relief. Now on day 12, still very little sleep, and lethargic, but the worst is over. I drink a 1/2 teaspoon of Calcium/mangnesium powder in water, and it relaxes me at night. After 2 hours of sleep, I do it again, and get another 2 hours. Try natural aids not OTC pills, try anythhing but, medications, it will make the withdrawals worse. ( well for me it did )
Here's the best German remedy: Drink five absolutely chilled glasses of pure water however cold it might be. If you do this, you'll get rid of these pills.
