You ARE strong enough, you just don;t know that. You made a great decision to get off the pills. So, rls, huh? It is so uncomfortable. I did hot baths and a heating pad on my legs..it did help. Also, just recently I heard about putting a bar of soap in between the sheets and your calves. The soap will push on the pressure pints in the back of your legs,,it does work according to quite a few people that have tried it. At this point, what the heck?
What else are you experiencing?
I have decided just tonight to try this again .I hope i can do it but know what happen the last times i tryed i cannot stand the pain. my whole body jerks so hard and my legs kill me.I keep telling myself if everone elese can do it so can i but my blood pressure stays really high and i stay in pain all the time. It is so hard to take on more.. i'm 51 my body is not as strong as it used to be...
how many pills are you taking each day and how long have you been taking them?
I know how bad RLS can be, it is miserable...But you can do this...All i can say is hot baths, and heating pad...And actually the soap trick i have heard so much about..
It is worth a try.....Think of it like this, one day you are going to have to do this, no better time then the present..
how many are you taking?
