i am addicted to a tablet called spasmo proxyvon...how do i get rid of this...i take only two tablets per day...but i am addicted to this since 7 years....
Just some info - Spasmo-Proxyvon is the name of Dicyclomine in India. Dicyclomine is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome in the United States.

Spasmo Proxyvon contains dextropropoxyphene which is a weak opioid (opium-like) agent. You should gradually reduce the dose slowly but steadily and surely over the next few weeks . There are LOTS of people in india addicted to this .
hmmm...that explains it...I was wondering how someone could get addicted to dicyclomine. But since its for IBS, I can see why they would add and opiate to it.
