People and places. Stay away from those places and people that you used with. As with any drug withdrawal  drink lots of water take a multi vitiman supplement. Go to NA if you can if not spend time on a thread like this and speak if you feel weak , people will encourage you.  Procrastinate using if you feel you have to. I did it sort of that way. I was lucky to do a geographic change when I got clean from my coke habit 25 years ago. It was a pretty expensive one. I did brain damage and nose damage not to mention the hep C I got from using needles only 10 times.

hello, i just got your message. listen i know what your going through, are you snorting, or needles. ive been battling this too 49 days clean today, and i will not lie. you are in for a battle, but at least you have asked for help, it took me 5 years to do that. after attending N/A meetings and using this forum, was i able to stay clean this long, my previous record was 11 days without using in 5 years. you need to get off this drug, it kills. i know how hard it is to stop, but i know you will suceed. im here if you have any any questions.

Youve already taken the first baby step, your reaching out to us for help. So you must realise coke has taken over your life. Keep comming back and posting.
  I havent had a coke problem in 20 years, so I cant tell you what i did to help. I do know I switched drugs of choice and things went way down hill from there. Keep conscience of this, and good luck in your efforts!

There are several experimental studies and trial runs of a Cocaine vaccine.  Its a series of injections that alleviates mental wd's and cravings.  Very cutting edge medical stuff, I will see if I can find some links for you.
