Oh, and if I waited too long to take one, like if I took one at 2am instead of 11pm I would have a hard time remembering things that happened first thing in the morning.
Ambien absolutely positively causes memory loss. No question. If you do just a little research on google you will find a ton of information about that. ( I don't mean that to sound mean in anyway)
I was sending emails and not remembering, I was buying books on my kindle in the middle of night and not remembering. Imagine waking up to 3 emails from Amazon about the books you bought at 2am.
good glad I read that wrong, I do beleive that ambien messes up your memory or I am just old and that is partly true, I just hope you are taking the ambien under a Dr's care. It is so hard to function if you are not getting enough sleep. So I am hoping and praying for you.
I never two different meds at the same time. When I have some important i need to do the next day ill take an ambien but if its i regular day i try to stay away from the ambien and take a unisome or something
You should not take two sleep aids without it being from a Dr. I have heard that ambien can have an effect on memory. I have been taking ambien since 1999 and just had surgery and I have my days and nights all turn around, so my Dr told me to take melatonon and my ambien but you should never mix two unless under a Dr care. So please becareful.
