ambien

ambien

Ive been taking ambein on and off  over the last year and only take when i need to wake up early with a full night sleep. Sometimes ill also take some over the counter unisome when i dont feel like taking ambien. The last couple weeks ive been taking the over the counter sleep meds and on some nights the ambien (both independently) and have started to experience memory loss and constipation. Can I attribute this to the sleeps meds and if so is it something to be concerned about.

You should not take two sleep aids without it being from a Dr. I have heard that ambien can have an effect on memory. I have been taking ambien since 1999 and just had surgery and I have my days and nights all turn around, so my Dr told me to take melatonon and my ambien but you should never mix two unless under a Dr care. So please becareful.

good glad I read that wrong, I do beleive that ambien messes up your memory or I am just old and that is partly true, I just hope you are taking the ambien under a Dr's care. It is so hard to  function if you are not getting enough sleep. So I  am hoping and praying for you.

Ambien absolutely positively causes memory loss. No question. If you do just a little research on google you will find a ton of information about that. ( I don't mean that to sound mean in anyway)

I was sending emails and not remembering, I was buying books on my kindle in the middle of night and not remembering. Imagine waking up to 3 emails from Amazon about the books you bought at 2am.

Oh, and if I waited too long to take one, like if I took one at 2am instead of 11pm I would have a hard time remembering things that happened first thing in the morning.
