anxiety now?

The last 3 days the day starts off fine but around 2 or 3 oclock I start to feel real anxious. Jittery, heart going. Whats going on here? This is new to me. Its not withdrawal, just anxious. Am I taking too many vitamins as this seemed to start when the vitamins started. But the last 3 days very, very jitterty around the same time. Im fine, just cant figure out what this could be................especially after the last couple of weeks feeling so much better............

It definately could be the vitamins.. Try cutting back and see if that helps. Hopefully it will :)

Yeah Nate -- I too had to cut back on some of my supplements --- they got to me with jitters and heart palpitations.  Try cutting back or stopping them for awhile.  You are going great man.  Keep on.  All the best.

Hi Nattefrost - I know we are all different but the anxiety and panic attacks were very unexpected and scary for me too coming off suboxone.  I never expected it and had not experienced it in any other drug detox...and I never had anxiousness or panic attacks before in my life.. it got better though. Mine ususally peaked around 5 pm.  Deep breathing and exercise helped it a lot.  I still have a bit of anxiousness at times but its much better now.  Ive talked to others who had the same unexpected panic attacks coming off suboxone too. I think its normal and it can say it does past.  Hang in there.  Take care.
