i had a lot of anxiety and panic in the beginning too. these feelings will go away with time, they will get less and less and they will become the exception rather than the rule. i agree, walking helped me too, any kind of exercise, actually most of what motye said i totally agree with. getting what i called 'the hot feeling' stressed me out big time so try to stay cool. and yes, music and laughter. i remember even the dumbest joke would get me into a different mindset sometimes. keep going youre doing great.!
It sounds to me like your anxiety us coming in those "waves" alot of us talked about. Unfortunately those were things we had to just ride out. But here are a few things that i did find would help:
1. Cold, wet, towel on the back of my neck.
2. Not allowing myself to get too hot.
3. Believe it or not i did breathe into a paper bag slowly, which seemed to help.
4. STAY AWAY FROM CAFFEINNE...WILL MAKE IT WORSE!
5. Funny music (lonely island crew, weird al, etc) to make u laugh which i found helped an awful lot! Also, anthem type music so you remember that your fighting through this. I know probably sounds stupid, but it worked!
The last thing is just time. This part will pass, u just have to try and take your mind somewhere else when it comes on.

Hi there, I'm sorry you are having so much anxiety. It can last for a while, but should get better each day. Have you tried taking some Epsom Salt baths? They feel wonderful and can help you relax and help with restlessness. Also getting outside in the fresh air and taking even a short walk will help. Drink some calming herbal tea without caffeine. Hang in there. I really hope you will feel better soon!
