are mornings bad for anyone else?

I was just wondering, I have an issue with mornings.. they seem to always be the worst for me, like I have no motivation whatsoever at the waking up point.  After I get going for a while it isn't so bad.  Afternoons and night times are the best for me, but the mornings are terrible.  I have tried every vitamin, amino, and energy stuff I have researched out on the net but nothing seems to give me the jump start I need to get going in the mornings.  Anyone else feel this?  And if so, have you found a solution?... just wondering if it's just me... thanks

Morning can be tough for me too.  Lots of aches and pains make me wanna lay back down and go back to sleep.  I've learned to just get up and get moving without thinking too much about it.  My brain still doesn't like to tell me good stuff all the time and I'll think my way into doing nothing and being ok with it.  Once I'm up and moving I start feeling better.

Hey Wit,

Actually for me its the opposite. Maybe becasue I am forced to be active in the mornings. It hits me about 2-3pm. Feels like I dont want to do anything but nap. Those napping days are over for me though. When I exercise, it really helps.

Are you sleeping ok? Maybe try exercising??

Hope it gets better for you soon!

Definitely not just you, we all go through that. I guess having drugs to give us that jump start in the morning, our bodies have to get use to doing it without anything. In time it'll happen, I know it's annoying but we can't rush our bodies. Maybe, if you lay your clothes out the night before, then in the morning when you wake up you jump in the shower first thing your body will start getting use to that routine.
