Hi I'm kinda new to this I'm trying to clean up I realized I had a huge problem when I took opana 30 and 2 perc 30s and didn't feel anything. My Dr prescibed me kolonipon beacause I was having panic attacks and to keep me mellow so my ulcer doesn't tear the rest of the way through. Should I be taking kolonipin if I'm trying to detox or is it feeding the addiction.

many peopel here take benzo thebfirst 7 days or so to help with the withdrawawals I wouldent recamend it longer then that it is to ez to become cross addicted personally if you can do with out your better off benzo detox is no fun good luck and God bless.......Gnarly

Yea I'm taking less then ordered just to make sure its real hard doin this working 60 hours a week at the breeding ground of my addiction I have been offered free stuff I see it everyday. And worse than that we can't just go to the bathroom we have to wait 30 minutes from the time we call it in. I'm going to try and work out a little bit everyday besides the running I do at work because I believe you are right exercise makes the body better years before these drugs were created we were in better health than ever but society saw it as a scapegoat or a bandage to become less active. But thanks to both of you for the advice.

Any "downer" will feed a person who is addicted to opiates. I am a former opiate addict, and I have severe anxiety. I find that medicine is not the best way for me to cope with my stress and panic attacks. I eat healthy and exercise and it has done wonders, plus I'm sure it would help out your ulcer!

Klonopin is fine to take during wds however be careful not to trade one adfctiom for the other. Us addicts tend to abuse just about anything that changes out mental state of being. Stay focused on your recovery and be prepared to feel like **** for a few days its the small but painful price we pay for being high so long. Good luck
