withdraw without doctors help?
I have been off and on Xanax for years. I had i year clean off them. I started taking them in June or July. It's September 13, I have not taken one today. I feel like ****. I wanted to go cold turkey. Has anyone done that?
You need to taper down from that Xanax. It's dangerous to just stop. Start taking it again at a lesser dose and continue tapering over the next few weeks until you're at a small amount. Definitely get with the prescribing doctor. He/she will give you a proper taper plan for the dose you're on.
You need to call a doctor and go into see him or go to UC or ER. It is very dangerous to WD from Benzo's on your own. You could have seizure activity later into your wd. Please call now.
