Just talked to my Doctor.  He said that unfortunately there is no magic pill for RLS (at least not the kind brought on by WD symptoms.  He said the worst should be over in 72 hours.  Both B and J are feeling pretty uncomfortable right now.    Will check in again later.  Love to you all

We've got the bananas, the epsom salt baths, heating pads...the works.  Thank God for this forum.  I don't know what I would have done without it.

I dont know about pill withdraws, but i know achey leggs. try some icy hot rub downs. it stinks but it sure helps my leg muscles tremendously..

Hi Cathy,
Well, we've started the detox.  B and her boyfriend got home at 7 pm last night.  They had each taken 10 mg in the morning (down from 20 mg).  Last night was pretty good. Today B has really bad restless legs, J is really tired.  I'm waiting for my Dr. to call to see if he can prescribe something for the restless legs. They're both really lethargic and achy.  They've been eating well so far.  I'll keep posting throughout this ordeal.
