Hi~ The lethargy and lack of ambition is completely normal. As Laurel said,it takes time for our brains to heal and start producing all the "feel good" chemicals. There is one single most important thing you need to do: Exercise! No kidding. That will help you the most. Just push yourself to walk, swim, move around. You'll feel better!

it is one thing having the substance out of our body and another feeling ok .... the mental part is quite hard, addnic... not only for the addictive behaviour that we are used to but also because our brains receptors are affected and damaged by these substances, we need much more time to heal and repair to a certain extent the damage done...
for how long have you been using ?
Hi, I am 5 days clean from vicodin and feel better each day. I was fortunate enough to be able to tapper down under supervision of MD. I was asking because yesterday I felt completely exhausted and had ZERO motivation. I was wondering if this is part of WD?
Hi~ Are you withdrawing? If so,it takes about 72 hours.
